If you're looking for a robotic vacuum that can also mop, this is the model to go for. It's smaller than other models on this list, making it easier to maneuver into tight corners and underneath furniture. It features a 220 degree lidar that combined with its 3D Matrix camera system gives it some of the most effective navigation and object avoidance that I've ever seen in a robotic vacuum. It's powered by a 4600mAh battery which can last up to 170 mins when cleaning and sucking are set to standard mode. (It can run longer on turbo). It can even return to its dock to recharge its battery in mid-clean.
It's very quick and does an excellent job of cleaning my two bedroom apartment. It vacuums the carpeted rooms extremely quickly and hardwood floors in the kitchen, hallways, and living room in a single pass. The motor's 8,000pa power allows it to pick up dirt, pet hair, and even droppings with ease. Carpet detection automatically boosts power when it detects carpets and the double side brush assists in removing debris from corners.
The mopping performance is a little less impressive, but not by a lot. The mop's rotating motor spins at a high speed and is pushed down with 2.2lbs of force, effortlessly scraping away dirt and stains. I've noticed that the front arm sticks out a little more than other robots. This is helpful when you're trying to get into tight corners or on baseboards. The same front arms can also be used to clean up larger debris, like broken toys or books.
Another great feature is that the S1 Pro is one of the quietest robot vacuums and mop I've tried. It doesn't make as loud of a sound when mopping or vacuuming, and is quieter than the Narwal Freo X Ultra or RoboRock S7. The S1 Pro is only limited by the fact that it needs to use a proprietary mopping solution and is sold separately. It is easy to set up and works well. However should you purchase this robot vacuum for mopping you must be aware of this.

The X1 Omni robot vacuum is the most expensive item in our review. However, it does have distinct features that make it worth looking into. The X1 Omni's most appealing feature is its massive dock which doubles as a charging base as well as housing for two water tanks, a cleaning sink, and an automatic 2.5-liter dust bin that automatically empties.
The base comes with several control buttons, which allow you to manually start a cleaning task, recall the robot or run the dock's automatic emptying procedure. Press two buttons to toggle the child lock. This is a great feature for parents who are worried about their children messing around with the vacuum.
The Omni Omni like other robotic vacuums uses its camera to detect furniture and obstacles in its path. It will stay clear of them. True Mapping 2.0 navigation maps your home up to four times faster than laser detection systems.
This can cause the X1 to get stuck if it gets caught in an obstacle, such as a power cable tangled over a rug. It will not work until you untangle it manually. This was a rare occurrence, but frustrating nonetheless, because the X1 doesn't have an "stuck status" alert on its application.
Another possible issue is the X1 Omni's inability to automatically switch between mopping and vacuuming modes during a cleaning session. You'll need to manually switch between the two modes, which isn't too bad, except that the mopping pad isn't washed or dried between uses. This can cause mildew and mold.
The X1 Omni looks great, thanks to the Jacob Jensen design team (of Bang & Olufsen fame), who created its sleek modern, contemporary base and mopping pad. It's a significant contrast to the utilitarian, all-black bases that are used by rivals like Roborock and iRobot and is a refreshing view in a market that is dominated by bulky, boxy units.
